In Pyramid 3-44 the article “Colorless Green Ideas Sleep Furiously” redefined how languages worked. It turned each language into a skill, and literacy was bought per script for one point. For the most part languages were divorced from IQ, except your native language. No rules were given for multilingual characters, this Advantage aims to fix this oversight.
The number of Native languages a character may have is based on their IQ minus 9 or see the chart below.
